A treasure of our Quebec heritage, the 'Mémé de Beauce' tomato comes from seeds found in an abandoned house in St-Joseph-de-Beauce. This exceptional plant produces enormous tomatoes, with a sweet and slightly tangy flavor that can weigh nearly 1kg, with thin pink to red skin. The fleshy and juicy flesh is fantastic and incomparable, either eaten raw in a sandwich (only one slice per sandwich!!) or cooked in sauce. To try! Indeterminate growth. Maturity 80 to 95 days.
