To look at a Roulette pepper next to a Habanero, you’d think they were the same. The big difference? Heat! So when you want the taste and flavour of Habaneros minus the burning, go for Roulettes. Plants produce high yields of large, tasty, citrony peppers; they start off green and ripen to red when they reach their optimum taste. Grown as an annual, start seeds indoors, transplant out after 35-40 days. Low maintenance, fertilize and water as needed.
