Megan is a lavish flowering angel, just like her sisters Eva and Lizzy. The lemony fragrance these plants release helps chase away mosquitos, thus the ‘mosquitaway’ name! Megan’s rich purple blooms with mauve borders are small and pansy-like, though larger than Eva’s and more abundant. Leaves are dark green and serrated. Plants are happiest in a well-ventilated spot, both indoors and out. Excellent in beds and borders and as container plants on the patio or deck. Profuse flowering from April to October and drought-resistant once established. Remove wilted flowers and leaves to encourage new growth and blooms. Light watering in the morning. Plant in fertile, moist, well-drained soil. Over-winter plants in a frost-free environment; water less during winter, but don’t let roots dry out.
