Dragon Roll is a type of shishito pepper with a smoky-sweet flavour. Great in Japanese cuisine, try roasting them with sesame seeds to flavour your tempura. Cook peppers while still green; milder than Jalapenos at 200 on the Scoville scale, one in ten can be a hot surprise! Plants do well in containers with regular fertilizing. Blooms in late spring. Harvest approximately 67 days after planting, when peppers are between 8 and 13 cm long. Bring containers inside with any danger of frost.
