  2. 4 handfuls of arugula
  3. 125 ml of dried cranberries
  4. Cashews or pecans to taste


  1. 15-30 ml of grape seed oil
  2. 15 ml of fig balsamic vinegar
  3. Sea salt
  4. Pink pepper
