This plant is non-invasive and seedless, putting all its energy into its gorgeous flower show. Colourful foliage appears in early spring and by late spring, the flowers start to emerge in a bright purple-red. Flowers engage in a continuous bloom cycle right through to fall with no dead-heading required. Blooms on old and new wood. Great accent or edging plant. Does well in mass planting and containers too. Deer resistant and easy to grow.
